The RAS is a Large Group Private Vacation Rental equipped with lodging, cooking space, gathering space, laundry, and activities! Great for any age & size group, conveniently located less than a mile away from top-ranked amusement park Cedar Point, Sports Force Complex, Downtown, and the beautiful beach fronts of Lake Erie.

The RAS Lodge
The RAS Lodge is comfortably appointed with 12 newly updated Coaster-themed rooms. Our rooms are designed for your group to experience a memorable destination get-away.
Family Style Lodging (6 available): 1 Queen, 1 Bunk Bed (Sleeps up to 4) Private Bath

The RAS House
Our family friendly lake-themed 3-bedroom house is meant for the Captain of the trip!
1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Day Bed/w Pull Out, 1 Crib (Sleeps up to 6) Private Bath
Features: Fully-equipped kitchen w/ Keurig (coffee provided), living room w/ leather reclining sofas, Internet, TV, DVD player, BT Speaker, laundry, central air, linens & towels, front patio, back dining patio, disinfectant wipes & spray, deadbolt lock & parking.
The Boathouse (Back Building)
The rooms are nice, but you’re here with a purpose! This lake-themed indoor/outdoor gathering space is set up for meals, games, movies, inspiration, information, or however else your group wants to use the space!
Features: Enjoy the 65 in. mounted flatscreen Smart TV, BlueTooth Entertainment Speaker, Ping Pong, Darts, Ring Game, Big Jenga, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Tables & Chairs, Outdoor Dining/Grilling Area w/ Grill & Griddle, Pavilion w/ Picnic Tables, Half Bath & more!
The Retreat
We put the “retreat” in Retreat Center. Put this on your to do list: rest in a hammock, chat over a picnic lunch, hold a yard game competition, and unwind by the fire. Enjoy our large green spaces, sand volleyball, basketball, 4-Square, yard games, play set, hammocks, swings, benches, & picnic tables
RAS-A-Tivity Includes: Firewood, Basketballs, volleyballs, beach ball, frisbees, football, bocce ball, wiffle ball, kickball, Corn Hole. We even have Hula Hoops and Tug-A-War Rope.

About Our Business
The Retreat at Sandusky is locally owned and operated by Dave and Becky Baumgartner. We are excited to provide an affordable retreat center in Sandusky that groups of all ages and affiliations can use and enjoy. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the calm of the lakefront, or the excitement of the nearby amusement park (just 1/3 of a mile down the road). We look forward to working personally with each group that stays with us to make sure that you have the best experience possible. It would be our privilege to talk with you soon!

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum reservation of 6 Lodge Rooms + 3 BR House is required for a Private Rental. (Sleeps up to 30… 6 Additional Lodge Rooms are available )
- HOUSE RULES: +25 age to book, no smoking in rooms, no pets unless given special permission, no unregistered guest
- Potential for noise: Train
